JIRA Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a JIRA Administrator to support our client in El Segundo, CA. The JIRA Administrator will own the administration, optimization, and support of secure JIRA and Confluence environments, enabling collaboration and Agile delivery across classified program teams.

Responsibilities of the JIRA Administrator include:

· Administer JIRA and Confluence user accounts, permissions, workflows, and system configurations

· Customize workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports to align with program requirements

· Configure Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and plugins to enhance documentation and knowledge management

· Provide troubleshooting, end - user support, and training across JIRA and Confluence environments

· Partner with cross - functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable JIRA/Confluence solutions

· Monitor platform performance and apply best practices, updates, and new feature enhancements

· Maintain compliance with security standards for systems operating in classified environments

Qualifications for the JIRA Administrator include:

· Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

· 4+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition programs

· 2+ years of experience administering JIRA/Confluence in a classified environment

· Proven experience in JIRA/Confluence administration, configuration, and optimization

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and implementing Agile workflows within JIRA

· Expertise with Confluence for documentation and collaboration workflows

· Excellent communication skills and ability to support stakeholders at all levels

· Certifications in JIRA/Confluence administration preferred but not required

Compensation for the JIRA Administrator includes:

· Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000 depending on experience
