Description:
You will be the Analog Electrical Engineer Staff for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) JASSM Analog & Power Team. Our team is responsible for designing, analyzing, and supporting the analog and power circuits that power the Joint Air to Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) family. We drive reliability across production, troubleshoot hardware issues, and partner with suppliers to ensure every circuit meets mission critical performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Analog Electrical Engineer Staff you will be the program liaison for multiple subcontractor suppliers, as well as serving as the technical subject matter expert for all JASSM analog and power circuits. You'll work in a fast paced production environment, providing rapid, accurate solutions to hardware challenges while collaborating across engineering, test, and manufacturing groups. Your responsibilities will include:
• Serve as program liaison by traveling to suppliers to ensure deliveries and requirements are being met
• Serve as the go to authority for analog and power circuit design, analysis, and documentation.
• Lead failure review boards and conduct supplier failure analyses to root cause and resolve issues.
• Perform hands on troubleshooting of electrical hardware and develop corrective actions.
• Create and validate circuit models, simulations, and test plans using industry standard tools.
• Support multiple system and sub system hardware streams simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to cross functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in circuit design and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Drive Rigor into the Hardware Development and Design Assurance Processes
• Serve as an expert to resolve highly advance Electronics Design challenges
• Engagement with GTS/LM Fellows to resolve complex challenges in the domain of Electronics Design
• Serve as a top consultant for capture and proposal writing activities
• Engagement with early and mid-career engineers to provide mentoring and knowledge transfer in the domain of Electronics Design

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an
accredited college in Electrical Engineering or
equivalent, with a minimum of eight years of
professional experience
• Experience with circuit card design, integration,
and test
• Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise
or equivalent for schematic capture
• Experience with Cadence Pspice or equivalent
for circuit simulation and analysis
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
-Experienced with MFC Circuit card design processes
-Experienced leading Failure review activities
-Strong risk management skills and experience
-Experienced working in a production environment and troubleshooting CCA hardware.
-Proven background providing production line support, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
-Strong hands on skills and use of oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, power suppliers & automated test equipment
-Experienced dispositioning non-conforming hardware (Material Review Board)
