You will be the Logistics Management Analyst for the Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Offices (PEO), J4, Service Components and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCS). Our team is responsible for delivering critical logistics support to U.S. Special Operations Command.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Logistics Management Analyst you will be responsible for driving data integrity, policy development, and operational excellence across our logistics enterprise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform data cleansing, analysis, reconciliation, and stock-record maintenance in the Accountability Property System of Records (APSR).

  • Manage DODAAC and UIC support within logistics systems to ensure electronic legitimacy and data integrity.

  • Compose and prepare logistic-related correspondence and present technical reports and project metrics to senior leadership.

  • Assist in developing DoD and SOCOM logistics policy, updating directives, and recommending process improvements.

  • Provide research and assistance in locating NSNs, SCNs, and MCNs while supporting excess equipment management and asset visibility.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of governing DoD and
Service supply chain and cataloging directives,
regulations, policies, procedures, instructions
and associated logistic support systems. (e.g.,
DODI 5000.64, DODI 4140-1, DODI 8320.04,
DODM 4100.39, 4140.01 (Volumes 1-12),
4160.21 (Volumes 1-4), 4160.28 (Volumes 1-3),
and DOD FMR 7000.14). Knowledgeable of Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) and FEDLOG.
Must be a self-starter requiring minimal
supervision. Candidate must have a Top Secret Clearance, and be able to obtain and maintain SCI (and any other clearance required by the customer) upon hire to remain employed in this role. Travel CONUS and OCONUS is required.
Desired Skills:
Familiar with Special Operations Logistics Management System (SOLMAN) modules. Familiar with Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) formally Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Possess intermediate skill level of Microsoft products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint (web portal).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
