As an unarmed, driving Patrol Officer at a leading aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and visitor interactions, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and document observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, hangars, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns per post orders.
• Support access control by verifying identification and authorization for entry, coordinating visitor check-in and/or escorts, and monitoring restricted areas per site requirements.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems as assigned, complete detailed reports and shift logs, and communicate updates to supervisors and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience or 2+ years' security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years' security-related experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
