What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors and/or vendors by following site-specific access procedures, directing individuals to appropriate locations and documenting activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, hangars, parking areas and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor alarms, cameras and/or other monitoring systems where assigned, report unusual activity and coordinate notifications according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities and completing required notifications and reports.
• Support facility control measures common to aerospace and defense locations, such as verifying credentials, observing controlled areas, maintaining post orders and documenting patrols and incidents per policy.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma/GED.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
