Location: Washington, DC area - Remote with occasional onsite support

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a highly organized Junior Deputy Program Manager / Administrative Coordinator to support program leadership and federal client operations.

This role combines executive-level administrative coordination with program support responsibilities, helping ensure that projects, communications, and operational activities run smoothly across the team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can manage schedules, coordinate program activities, and support leadership with day-to-day operational needs in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Deputy Program Manager / Administrative Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to program leadership and delivery teams
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and program activities to ensure effective communication and execution
  • Track action items, deliverables, and program milestones to support project management efforts
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, reports, and program documentation
  • Assist with coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders
  • Support program reporting, documentation management, and operational tracking
  • Help organize program schedules, logistics, and administrative workflows
  • Maintain program files, documentation repositories, and records in accordance with organizational standards
  • Assist leadership with task coordination across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
Schedule & Work Model
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Remote with occasional onsite support in the Washington, DC area
  • Standard support during East Coast business hours
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Public Trust clearance required or higher
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting program management, project coordination, or executive administration
  • Experience supporting federal government programs or government contracting environments preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience preparing reports, documentation, and meeting materials
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting program managers or delivery leads on federal contracts
  • Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, or task management processes
  • Experience coordinating cross-team communications and logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
