SUMMARY:
Noetic is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of data within Excel, SharePoint, and Access into the organization Content Management System (CMS), including the accurate onboarding and offboarding of data, and the continuous maintenance and integrity of our databases. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and availability of our data to support our operational and analytical needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree, Information Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Must have a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance. Must have the ability to obtain an SCI
Technical Skills:
Proven experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or any other software with data analysis background.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel, SharePoint, and Access.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboarding
Manage the process of adding new data into the CMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform data validation and quality checks on new entries to ensure they meet our data standards.
Work with various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new data and users.
Coordinate with key team members to schedule reporting and analytics to meet mission requirements.
Offboarding
Oversees the removal of data and user accounts from the CMS in a secure and timely manner.
Archive data according to our data retention policies and best practices.
Deactivate and remove user access, ensuring that all security protocols are followed.
Maintain a log of all offboarding activities for auditing and reporting purposes.
Data Maintenance
Regularly audit and clean the data within the CMS to maintain its integrity and accuracy.
Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues within the CMS.
Analysis and Reporting
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the CMS data to support business decisions.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to track key metrics.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data management processes.
Document all data management processes and procedures.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data management and analysis.
