Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support a federal client dedicated to modernizing critical infrastructure and operational systems for federal agencies. This position is fully on‑site in St. Louis, MO.
The Implementation Consultant will act as the primary support lead for enterprise PLM and engineering applications, managing issue intake, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution across users, SMEs, and infrastructure teams within secure environments.
*An active SECRET Clearance is strongly preferred; candidates must at minimum be eligible to obtain one*
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for PLM users, delivering Tier 1/Tier 2 support for Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Capital, and related tools.
• Conduct initial triage, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for help desk tickets, including user issues, environment problems, configuration defects, and software errors.
• Monitor and manage support channels—including help desk calls and email queues—ensuring prompt responses and full lifecycle ownership of each ticket.
• Collaborate with end users, SMEs, and infrastructure teams to escalate issues appropriately and maintain clear, accurate documentation.
• Review system logs, identify environment‑related issues, and assist in diagnosing application functionality problems within secure or classified environments.
• Track assigned issues from intake through closure, ensuring consistent communication, thorough follow‑up, and effective cross‑team coordination.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Helpdesk or System Administration experience
• Experience with Teamcenter PLM (preferred) or other PLM platforms such as Windchill, Enovia, Arena PLM, SAP, ARAS Innovator, or Autodesk
• Strong preference for Linux or Oracle experience
• CompTIA Security+ certification (strongly preferred; must be obtained before start if not already held)
• Active SECRET Clearance
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience
