MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Command and Control Operations Planner to join our team in Doral, FL. This position is on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the development, coordination, and execution of joint and combined operational plans in alignment with strategic guidance
- Integrating command and control processes across air, land, maritime, cyber, and space domains
- Assisting in the preparation of operational orders (OPORDs), fragmentary orders (FRAGORDs), campaign plans, and contingency plans
- Coordinating with joint, interagency, and multinational partners to ensure unity of effort and synchronized operations
- Conducting mission analysis, course of action (COA) development, and wargaming in support of planning objectives
- Facilitating operational planning teams (OPTs), working groups, and boards to drive timely decision-making
- Analyzing operational data and providing recommendations to enhance situational awareness and mission effectiveness
- Ensuring plans and products are aligned with applicable doctrine, policies, and command guidance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in military operational planning, joint operations, or command and control activities (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Experience supporting joint or combined planning efforts at the operational or strategic level
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and related doctrinal publications
- Experience developing operational plans, orders, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise briefings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) program
- Experience supporting U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) or other Combatant Command operations
- Familiarity with joint planning tools and collaborative information environments
- Experience working with interagency or multinational partners in an operational setting
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and secure workspaces.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering briefings. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
