Position Summary
Odyssey is looking for an amazingly talented C2BMC Principal Systems Analyst to join our team! The Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BMC) engineering efforts include interface with the Warfighter to verify processes and products are consistent with Missile Defense System (MDS) capabilities and to verify the MDS Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communication (C2BMC) development activities are meeting Warfighter expectations. In this role you will provide daily analysis and execution support as a member of the C2BMC System Support Center (CSSC) supporting key products developed to communicate the current technical status of the MDA/BC fielded assets.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide hands on review/analysis of Missile events on the operational C2BMC system for all COCOMS in support of the DCC (C2BMC) Program Office
- Analysis and reports of C2BMC and other MDA assets' performance in real world and test events
- Support operational analysis to the BMDS Network Operations and Security Center (BNOSC) staff
- Work in the C2BMC System Support Center (CSSC) providing technical input to engineering meetings
- Present engineering product development updates
- Provide analysis and failure review summaries
- Make system recommendations to address Warfighter needs
- Provide timely response to O-6 and SES level leadership on C2BMC performance
Qualifications

- Proficiency in military operations and analysis
- Ability to work independently, working rotating shifts and apply operational based solutions to support real world missile events and tests, integration, and operations
- Maintains the capability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of government, prime contractor, sub-contractor, and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power-Point
