We’re seeking an experienced Operations Engineering Manager to lead technical teams supporting the program—a key initiative advancing the global network transformation. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for the engineering teams responsible for network design, automation, software development, and cybersecurity operations supporting enterprise modernization objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
· Organize and direct engineering staff to meet objectives for the secure design of the network architecture and automation/management tools
· Direct software engineering activities in support of release planning and updates to production NetOps automation tools.
· Oversee the security engineering team to ensure systems are operational for tracking and compliance support.
· Supervise the network and firewall engineers supporting Global Operations across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
· Lead the development of systems and tools that automate and streamline network migrations, championing continuous improvement.
· Manage and oversee the Evaluate, Integrate, Test, and Install (EITI) Lab operations to support testing and validation of network capabilities.
· Serve as the hiring manager for the operational engineering team; participate in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating new hires.
· Identify requirements for subcontractor support and manage performance to ensure delivery excellence.
· Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development for a team of engineering professionals.
