You will be a Production Planning & Control Manager at our Archbald, PA facility, supporting the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for delivering products that play a critical role in national security, and we are looking for a talented leader to join our team and contribute to our mission.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Production Planning & Control Manager, you will report to site senior leadership as a member of the Operations Team. You will be responsible for production control, warehouse and demand planning for the site operations. Your team consists of over 30 individuals, both exempt and non-exempt working across the warehouse, electrical assembly and fabrication operations. You will be coordinating with multiple program teams for the effective release and execution of production orders to support demand. In addition, you will also be coordinating with functional leaders on the local operations team as well as within the corporate Planning, Production Control function to meet evolving business process and growing demand.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years' experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Production/Production Control Processes and Procedures
• Inventory Management Experience, with the ability to optimize storage and production floor placement (driven by SAP) and a focus on innovation and process improvement
• Significant Experience with SAP (or equivalent MRP/ERP), including expertise in data analysis and optimization, with the ability to understand data sources and drive success in production operations
• Experience reporting cost, schedule, and technical data/results to various levels of leadership, internal and external
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Desired Skills:
• Previous experience utilizing Apriso
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledgeable on data analytics/tools
• Strong background in all processes of Business Operations
• Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions
• Risk identification and management experience
• Green Belt Certification
• Previous Leadership experience for both Salaried and Exempt employees
• Talent development and mentoring/coaching
