What You Will Be Doing
• Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) in Crestview, FL supporting the SOF GLSS Contract. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various areas of manufacturing to include modification, integration, assembly, inspection, repairs, and tests. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations to meet cost, schedule, quality, and continuous improvement goals. You will be responsible for supervising teams of represented and non-represented employees charged with aircraft and systems modifications, integration, assembly, inspection, repairs, and tests. The Manufacturing Supervisor will work collaboratively with various functional departments, including Systems Engineering, Test Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Production and Planning Control, Environmental Safety and Health, and Program Management.
• Supervise and direct a team of represented and non-represented production operations employees, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution.
• Oversee multiple functional areas of manufacturing, such as modification, integration, assembly, inspection, repair, and test.
• Drive build plans and implement changes to improve quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance.
• Ensure that employees maintain required certifications and training for specialized tasks.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment, addressing any unsafe conditions promptly.
• Enforce compliance with company processes and program-specific procedures.
• Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and technical competencies.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources to address skill gaps, training needs, and employee engagement.
• Support implementation of Corrective Action Boards by facilitating root cause analysis, correction and preventive action implementations.
• Implement recognition and disciplinary action as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years Experience in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, modification, repair, an/or depot/overhaul operations.
• Must be able to independently lead a team to meet critical schedules and resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Must have experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, test procedures, and technical specifications.
• Experience utilizing earned value metrics to drive manufacturing performance.
• Experience with requirements and compliance to AS9100 and DCMA 8210 standards.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience utilizing SAP ERP and MS Office proficiency (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• 5+ years C-130 manufacturing, maintenance, modification, and/or depot/overhaul experience.
• Experience in a union environment, working with Labor Relations and HR teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to support employee development and engagement.
