You will be the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Mods and Upgrades - Level 3 for the F-35 Mods & Upgrades On-Ramp team which is responsible for delivering sustainment and modernization proposals across a global fleet of over 2,000 fielded aircraft.

As the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Mods and Upgrades - Level 3 you will be responsible for guiding Structural Life Limit proposals through the complete ECP/CR lifecycle while ensuring disciplined tracking and cross-functional execution.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in engineering, project management, or related discipline
Experience managing multiple concurrent actions
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Exposure to proposal development or contract lifecycle processes
Familiarity with ECP/CR processes
Experience in sustainment or modernization environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Identify risks and escalate appropriately.
