You will be the Electro-Optical Engineer Associate Manager for the F-35 EO/IR Team, which is responsible for designing, testing, and integrating F-35 EO/IR Systems and Subsystems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electro-Optical Engineer Associate Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers in the accomplishment of design, test, and integration of F-35 EO/IR Systems and Subsystems. You will manage, mentor, and guide a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds and encourage innovation and technical leadership across the F-35 platforms.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline.
• Experience in Project Management including.
• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Experience in supplier management.
• Experience leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.
Desired Skills:
• Technical leadership experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience presenting to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Proven track record of building relationships, fostering collaboration and working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience on F-35 or other fighter platforms
• Experience in conflict resolution, proactive communication, and building collaborative
• Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements.
• Excellent presentation skills and must be able to convey focused messages to internal senior leadership and external customers.
