Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing complex projects and tasks for implementing new technologies into the current environment while ensuring interoperability of dependent IT services and information systems.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. I have one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:
1. Attention to Detail - Integrating technology as it applies to man-tracking with a detailed emphasis on integration of science and technology efforts as they apply to intelligence-related knowledge management.
2. Customer Service - Coordinates and implements all matters of intelligence-related knowledge management as they relate to the command while working with inter-agency working groups or other national agencies.
3. Oral Communication - Representing the command at senior-level meetings, conferences, working groups, and other professional meetings as they relate to intelligence, technical analytical processes, and databases.
4. Problem Solving - Being responsible for enterprise-level technical project management, such as requirements analysis, data life-cycles, and end-of-lifecycle transition.

- You will oversee a staff of Marines, government civilians and contracted personnel in the Planning, Installation, Operation, and Management (PIOM) of regionally managed information systems and services.
- You will conduct analysis and develops solutions to resolve complex issues affecting IT services and information systems.
- You will analyze performance and event management indicators and implements configuration changes to optimize and improve functionality of IT services and information systems.
- You will plan, schedule, assign, and direct the work of subordinates, which consist of government civilians, Active-Duty Marines, and contractors.
- You will implement and maintains backup, recovery, and high availability technologies in support of Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) and their execution.
