Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Th e SE III evaluates and analyzes printers and multifunction printers (MFPs) and provides information and recommendations to meet various printing and scanning requirements.
- A dministration and maintenance of Pharos/Blueprint infrastructure
- Secure release workflows
- Working knowledge of SQL database health (Ability to collaborate with SQL engineers)
- Load balancing across the WAN (Ability to collaborate with WAN engineers)
- Security Infrasturcture
- Ability to coordinate with Cyber security staff on vulnerabilities printer engineer identifies in network vulnerability scans. (EX. Nessus) to prevent printer device instability
- Experience managing Service Account security. (EX. Implementing minimum character password requirements across printer fleet)
- Technical Proficiency in .NET framework dependencies. (EX. Transitioning older printers from NUANCE to Control Suite)
- Printer Fleet Management and EOSL Planning
- Manage multiple different Fleet Refresh cycles and End-of-Services-Life hardware
- Responsible for Proof-of-Concept and pilot testing of all new hardware before production deployment
- Ability to analyze all reporting data and/or create reporting data on an as needed basis.
- Creates training documentation for Multifunction printer use.
- Maintains and recommends updates to a nationwide multifunction printer fleet using enterprise grade management tools such as Hewett Packard (HP) Web Jetadmin and Ricoh Streamline.
- Research and respond to end-user requests for unique printing requirements.
- Performs security related tasks which include documentation, vulnerability scan review, assessment support, patch management, and auditing as required.

- Strong technical skills:
- Ability to work with different technologies
- Must have expert knowledge of the Multifunction printer market space.
- Manages remote configuration of newly installed printers.
- Assists in the design, management and testing for deployments of device firmware and configuration upgrades.
- Leadership and organizational skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Performs security related tasks which include documentation, vulnerability scan review, assessment support, patch management, and auditing as required
- Familiarity with industry and compliance standards and federal security requirements (e.g., FISMA/NIST, DOJ/USAO policies)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
