Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Lead, Additive Manufacturing (AM) Security Assessment with a TS/SCI Security clearance to support KITS and our government customer at the Mark Center, Alexandria, VA. This position is hybrid.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Task Lead to build and guide a specialized team focused on the security of additive manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of security engineers and analysts.
Framework Development:
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of a robust AM Security Assessment Framework.
Partnership Identification:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and government bodies to enhance our security posture.
Vulnerability Assessment:
- Oversee the identification and analysis of potential security vulnerabilities in our AM processes, from design to production.
Corrective Action Planning:
- Develop a plan and implement prioritization of potential corrective actions to address identified vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Reporting:
- Regularly report on the team's findings, progress, and the overall security posture of our AM operations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Clearance:
- TS/SCI Security clearance.
Education:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Management).
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and preferred expertise in cybersecurity.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessment.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
