Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture design supporting Oracle EBS 12.2.x ERP and associated financial, asset management, and integration modules
- Define system architecture across application, data, integration, cloud infrastructure, and security domains
- Design scalable, secure solutions supporting modernization initiatives (A2R, interfaces, analytics, automation)
- Ensure compatibility across software, hardware, network, and cloud (OCI) environments
- Develop high-level system design diagrams and technical specifications
- Provide architectural oversight for RICE-FW development and interface design
- Evaluate and recommend hardware/software upgrades, modernization paths, and cloud-native optimizations
- Oversee integration of DevSecOps practices into enterprise architecture
- Support data modeling, analytics, BI platforms, and dashboard integration
- Ensure compliance with DoD security standards, open systems architecture principles, and auditability requirements
- Provide technical leadership, quality assurance oversight, and mentorship to engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in systems engineering and enterprise software development
- Experience architecting and supporting large-scale ERP systems (Oracle EBS strongly preferred)
- Experience designing enterprise integrations, APIs, and data exchange frameworks
- Experience with analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, and data modeling
- Experience architecting solutions in cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
- Experience designing systems compliant with DoD security and open architecture standards
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- Must hold an active clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal or DoD financial systems
- Experience with Oracle EBS financial, asset, and inventory modules
- Experience supporting audit remediation, compliance, or financial statement validation efforts
- Experience integrating DevSecOps toolchains within enterprise architectures
- Familiarity with STIG implementation and hardened cloud environments
- Experience operating within SAFe Agile frameworks
