As a Requirements Management (RM) Analyst Senior, you will be one of our customers trusted advisors in the organization to implement and practice RM, while optimizing accurate and effective practices that lead to better results. This position requires expertise in requirements management, systems engineering, and different development methodologies (Agile, DevSecOps, MBSE). The candidate must have a strong understanding of the organization's vision, objectives, and priorities to drive the successful implementation of RM practices. They will work closely with developers, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of RM practices and processes. The RM Analyst Senior will be responsible for overseeing functional and non-functional requirements for multiple products and projects team. Primary duties include managing and verifying requirements; capturing detailed descriptions of user needs and product functionality; and ensuring the project team has clear, consistent and testable requirements documented in user stories and completion criteria. The Requirements Engineer will also reconcile conflicts; decompose high-level information into the appropriate level of detail for team members; and participate in peer reviews of requirements documentation.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation. Job duties include:
- Serving as a subject matter advisor and leader for both Government and engineering team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Implementing and documenting system and security requirements into the Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) System Architecture Model (SAM), including configuration-controlled documentation, system specifications, system plans, software code, and/or interface control documents (ICD)s.
- Supporting end-to-end Command and Control (C2) and mission requirements to support the operation and sustainment of the Resilient MWT system and ensure the fulfillment of mission objectives as defined in the (Systems Requirements Document (SRD).
- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Supporting the system Verification Cross Reference Matrix within the MBSE SAM.
- Developing and delivering requirements verification plans, requirements verification reports, and requirements verification ledgers within the MBSE SAM
- Supporting the verification methods used for requirements verification.
- Participating in requirements and testing reviews (SRRs, TRRs, etc.).
- Supporting cross-functional organization collaboration.
- Operating requirement/change management tools .
- Supporting system requirement changes specified by management and other functional groups .
- Participating in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, as required.
- Aligning support with change management activities.
- Providing analysis of current processes and providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
- BS 8-10 years, MS 6-8 years, PhD 3-5 years
- Must possess and be able to maintain secret clearance
- 8+ years of proven Requirements Management experience
- Experience with different System Engineering methods (Agile, DevSecOps, MBSE)
- Experience with requirements management tools and related change processes
- Knowledge/experience working in the Intelligence Community
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and formulate solutions for problems/issues
- Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products
- Proven organization and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government
