- Lead, plan, design, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, document, and evolve the electrical state of telecommunications networks.
- Design and evaluate electrical power systems that support mission-critical infrastructure.
- Support resilient, high-availability operations in secure environments.
- Participate in Agile execution and technical planning discussions.
- Troubleshoot power system issues and operational faults.
- Communicate technical recommendations and engineering decisions to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain customer trust through technical excellence and disciplined execution.
- Apply creativity and engineering judgment to deliver innovative, mission-aligned solutions.

- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 451 System Administrator work role when the billet is cyber-coded, such as Security+ as a baseline with SSCP or CISSP for senior practitioners. If not cyber-coded, certification may be designated as not applicable.
- 8+ years of experience evaluating, researching, designing, and analyzing complex electrical power systems supporting IT system power services.
- Demonstrated expertise leading and executing electrical power engineering across planning, design, monitoring, troubleshooting, evaluation, documentation, and acceptance.
- Hands-on experience with data center and IT electrical systems, including power distribution, grounding, load analysis, UPS, ATS, and battery systems.
- Operational experience supporting critical infrastructure power systems, including facilities power, redundancy planning, and availability assurance.
- Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment.
- Professional Engineer license where stamped engineering is required and NFPA 70E certification.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
