LightGrid is looking for a Project Manager to work at our Fort Meade, MD location. Will Provide project management support to client on site under the supervision of a Task Lead and the Task Order`s Program managers
Required skills
4+ years of experience providing project management support/technical telecommunications for a DoD customer
• Extremely capable of using MS Project to create project schedules from scratch, conduct updates, and provide reports on scheduling. These schedules will be rolled up into a Directorate level IMS.
• Capable of analyzing technical documents to develop Business Case Analysis, whitepapers, etc.
• Ability to identify any critical path items, mission impact, and required due dates as part of schedules, WBS documentation and briefings.
• Technical Knowledge of Transport Networks/Telecom
• Thorough understanding of how to develop and utilize an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Experience performing PMI- based project management processes
• Ability to provide proactive communication with their Gov. Lead
• Bachelors degree
