Job Description
Applicant will provide Modeling and Simulation expertise in support of advanced Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) testing, tactics development, and training integration at Nellis AFB, NV . The candidate should have a familiarity with SIGINT and ELINT tools and reporting and the ability to independently conduct research and initiate projects as appropriate . The analyst will provide ELINT and SIGINT analytical tradecraft with a focus on radar capabilities, in direct support to full spectrum combat training for the U.S. Air Force, Joint, and Coalition partners .
Responsibilities:
Utilize all source research data to design, develop, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives and system requirements
Research, analyze, and assess intelligence related data to incorporate into future scenario designs and maintain realism.
Participate in small force/large force exercises
Maintain up-to-date order of battle and situational awareness of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures
Liaison/coordinate with flight leadership and customer in order to meet requests and reoccurring deadlines
Maintain baseline knowledge of US DOD doctrine and operational plans (OPLAN)
Brainstorm with team members to create realistic scenario-based training for ACC training audiences
Integrate PAI data in applicable tasks and objectives
Assist with briefing scenario projects to flight, squadron leadership, and DVs on a periodic basis.
Research, analyze, and assess SIGINT/ELINT related data in order to incorporate into future scenario designs.
Required Skills
TS/SCI Security Clearance.
BA + 20 years experience
Extensive knowledge in radar theory and current adversary/blue force radar parameters and associated weapons platforms
Knowledge of intelligence collection processes
Knowledge of SIGINT, ELINT and radar collection capabilities.
Strong verbal, writing, and briefing skills
Desired Skills
Experience with problem-centric ISR and/or Analysis and Exploitations Teams
Experience with structured analytic techniques (SATs)
MA + 15 years experience
Experience in joint military exercises and/or experience working in an AOR, IC agency, or intelligence operations center
EUCOM AOR experience
