2026 Nooks Internship: Force Multiplier Track

Our Mission
Nooks provides the classified infrastructure and operational backbone for the most critical missions in National Security. Our work isn't easy, and there is no manual. We are looking for interns who don't just want to "learn" -- we want interns who want to get their hands dirty and build, break, and better the way we operate.
A "Talent-First" Model
At Nooks, we don't hire you for a pre-written list of tasks. We hire for talent and tenacity. If you are selected, we will work with you to design a "Capstone Project" that sits at the intersection of what Nooks needs and what fascinates you. You won't be a spectator; you will own a solution from day one.
Who You Are
We are looking for impact-driven students with experience and/or interest across the following disciplines:

You must be eligible to work in the U.S.Candidates must be capable of maintaining eligibility up to the Top Secret/SCI level within 45 days of hire.

- Gov't Relations & Security: Navigating high-stakes government contracts and complex security compliance.
- Operations & Strategy: Mastering the project management, finance, and hospitality of classified infrastructure.
- Growth: Driving sales, marketing, and customer engagement for a specialized market.

- Dual Mentorship: Your direct manager will act as your tactical coach for daily execution, while your executive mentor (situated outside your immediate team) will provide a "360-degree" view of the business, helping you connect your work to our long-term mission.
- C-Suite Access: We don't believe in silos. You will have structured, dedicated time with Nooks Leadership to pull back the curtain on high-level strategic operations.
- Total Immersion: Based physically in our offices, you'll get a masterclass in the complexity of Classified Operations. You won't just see one department; you'll witness the "full-stack" lifecycle of a Nooks project - from the math behind construction and budgeting to the nuances of high-stakes security and sales.
- The Funnel: We don't hire interns to do "intern work." This is a 10-week audition for a full-time seat at Nooks.

- The Task: Break down a significant technical or operational problem you solved from scratch.
- The Mess: Describe the moment things broke or the instructions ran out.

- The Result: Show us the creative/innovative solution you built, and data or logic that proved your solution held up.
