We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Technical Support Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team on a large technology-based contract supporting a key government customer. The primary work location for this position is at our customer site in Herndon, VA, with flexible work hours and occasional work from home opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and business skills, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of experience with a Master's degree. The Quality Assurance & Technical Support Manager reports to the PMO Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of program deliverables, providing technical support, and maintaining PMO processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure PMO Teams sites by creating pages, adding content, and setting up features to meet the needs of PMO users
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for PMO digital collaboration spaces, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems
  • Design and deliver a training curriculum that covers AI-powered content analysis, AI-generated content, and AI-driven content optimization to equip program managers with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize AI to improve content delivery
  • Provide guidance on best practices for using AI-powered tools and analytics to inform content strategy
  • Serve as the designated PMO Hiring Manager for pipeline candidates
  • Technical resume review and evaluation
  • Participate in technical interview panels
  • Coordinate logistics for PMO-hosted meetings on customer site
  • Lead process improvements; oversee and contribute to PMO-led Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee quality assurance of Program Monthly Reviews, Program Performance Reviews, Executive Summaries, and other contract deliverables
  • Oversee PMO delivery timelines to ensure due dates are met
  • Support Chief Engineer with monthly Risk Review and Communities of Practice efforts
  • Serve as a backup to the contract Security Officer for select duties
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, or 4 years with a Master's degree
  • Strong technical skills, including ability to configure and troubleshoot digital collaboration spaces
  • Experience utilizing AI for content development
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience in a PMO or project management environment
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.)
  • Certification demonstrating proficiency in AI content creation and delivery
  • Certification in Microsoft Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, or Jira
  • Experience in industrial security protocols


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
