Blu Omega is seeking a Systems Integrator & Executive Reporter where you'll join a collaborative agile team, helping bridge business needs and technical solutions while gaining experience in project coordination and reporting.
In this role, you'll support the development and integration of digital products that help advance important healthcare initiatives. You'll assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, tracking action items, and coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly. You'll also help prepare clear reports and summaries to reflect project progress, risks, and priorities for leadership.
You'll work alongside architects, developers, testers, business analysts, and DevSecOps engineers, learning how cross-functional teams come together to deliver technology solutions. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organization, and a proactive attitude will help you grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time. Together, you'll support delivery of high-value solutions to clients and stakeholders across the federal health landscape.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management practices supporting system integration or software implementation efforts
- Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities while coordinating across cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
- Ability to prepare executive-level written communications and reporting deliverables
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Certification: None required
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects in a client-facing environment
- Experience serving in a business analyst or systems integration support role
- Knowledge of requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to develop written materials and briefings for executive stakeholders
- Clearance: Active Public Trust
- Education: Master's degree
- Certification: Agile or project management certification (e.g., CSM, PMP)
