Primary Function
Yulista's Aerospace Systems Engineering (ASE) group is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead capture efforts and manage a team of Capture Managers supporting new business pursuits across aerospace and defense markets. This role reports directly to the ASE Group President and is responsible for shaping capture strategy, leading pursuit execution, and driving proposal readiness for priority opportunities.
Essential Duties
• Lead and manage a team of Capture Managers supporting ASE priority pursuits.
• Drive capture execution from early opportunity shaping through proposal submission and transition to execution.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline (opportunity identification, qualification, win strategy, and pursuit plans).
• Support customer and partner engagement planning; lead teaming strategy development and partner coordination.
• Develop capture inputs and materials (win themes, discriminators, CONOPS approach, and pricing inputs in coordination with leadership).
• Coordinate cross-functional support across Operations, Engineering, Pricing, Contracts, and HR to support pursuit success.
• Provide accurate reporting on pursuit status, risks, and key milestones to leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Experience leading or mentoring capture staff (team lead, manager, or functional lead).
• Familiarity with aerospace/aviation, engineering services, sustainment, logistics, or modernization programs.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and the federal proposal environment.
• Lead and manage a team of Capture Managers supporting ASE priority pursuits.
• Drive capture execution from early opportunity shaping through proposal submission and transition to execution.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline (opportunity identification, qualification, win strategy, and pursuit plans).
• Support customer and partner engagement planning; lead teaming strategy development and partner coordination.
• Develop capture inputs and materials (win themes, discriminators, CONOPS approach, and pricing inputs in coordination with leadership).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable briefing leadership and working across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and
• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting capture, proposals, business development, or program operations in the federal/DoD contracting environment.
• Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.
