Sr. OSINT Trainer

The Opportunity - note: this position is currently contingent upon contract award.

The Senior Trainer will support a US Government training program by delivering open-source collection & workflow instruction to government, military, and contractor personnel. This role includes teaching OSINT workflows, demonstrating the effective use of commercial tools, and guiding students through real-world collection best practices. The Senior Trainer will also contribute to curriculum development, assist with maintaining training materials, and help ensure instructional consistency across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct and facilitate training modules on OSINT workflows, tool utilization, and collection best practices to students with varying technical backgrounds
• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining training materials, lesson plans, curriculum, and scenario-based exercises
• Conduct student evaluations and synthesize feedback for course delivery enhancements to optimize learning outcomes
• Maintain consistent instructional quality and uphold training standards
• Coordinate with program leadership on training session logistics, tool readiness, and training material preparation
