The Operations Specialist helps ensure the Global Law Enforcement team-which comprises over 350 personnel across multiple states-is operating efficiently, complying with all contractual and program requirements, and responding to the needs of employees and the Government.

Responsibilities :
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and operational support to all staff assigned to the program, including coordination with relevant Corporate divisions
- Participate in program and customer meetings; communicate and disseminate customer policies, procedures, and clarifications to program staff as required
- Interpret and apply customer requirements to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet established quality standards
- Conduct annual performance reviews and develop recommendations related to employee performance and compensation adjustments
- Support the onboarding and off-boarding of program personnel, including coordination of start dates, role transitions, security briefings, departure timelines, and required documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program objectives
