Job Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis and drive the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD related technical capabilities.
- Provide support to the ITAM Technical Lead and other ServiceNow SMEs on project.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed requirements, use cases, and technical solution.
Required Skills:
- Must have experience leading a development team, working in an Agile Scrum project and supporting Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- ServiceNow development experience.
- Gathering, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment.
- Agile Scrum development.
- Team leadership.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
