Essential Duties of the Business Analyst/QA Engineer:
- Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criterion
- Design, develop, and execute automated scripts to validate software functionality, efficiency, and performance
- Support Section 508 compliance considerations during requirements definition and validation during testing
- Contribute to program deliverables, including weekly status reports, monthly progress reports, and stakeholder briefings
Qualifications of the Business Analyst/QA Engineer:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 3+ years relevant, specialized experience
- Experience working with stakeholders, business users, and technical SMEs to gather and refine requirements
- Experience developing and executing automated test scripts using automation frameworks or tools (Selenium, JMeter, TestRigor, or similar)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is highly preferred
- xperience with manual Section 508 testing and tools (i.e. JAWS)
- Active DHS or Top Secret clearance
Compensation for the Business Analyst/QA Engineer:
- $110,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)
