The Senior IT Systems Auditor provides audit and internal control assessment support for Government financial and information systems in support of the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Program Management Office (PMO) at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This role applies Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) requirements and Federal audit standards to assess financial systems and related information system controls, and produces detailed audit documentation and actionable recommendations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) requirements in the assessment of financial systems.

• Plan, execute, and report on information systems controls assessments.

• Assess systems development phases and evaluate related work products, including requirements documentation and design documentation.

• Apply Government Accountability Office (GAO), Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM), and Federal Audit Manual approaches to information system control evaluations.

• Assess information system controls in the areas of cybersecurity, access controls, change controls, and segregation of duties.

• Evaluate internal controls within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Analyze financial system processes to determine compliance with Federal accounting principles and related regulatory standards.

• Prepare detailed summary reports and working papers documenting assessment results and providing actionable recommendations.

• Support audit readiness activities and provide structured documentation in support of internal and external audit engagements.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), in good standing.

• At least four (4) years of applicable financial or business experience, including at least one (1) year of government experience.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).

• Excellent analytical and writing skills.

• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

• Knowledge of OMB Circulars A-123 (Management's Responsibility for Internal Control), A-127 (Financial Management Systems), A-134 (Financial Accounting Principles and Standards), and FISCAM requirements.

• Experience working with DoD/DLA.

• Experience with Federal accounting principles, including application within various accounting systems and data environments.

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Experience supporting financial system audit readiness or internal control review efforts.

• Experience supporting FISCAM-based information system control assessments.

• Experience preparing detailed audit working papers and executive-level audit summaries.

• Experience coordinating with program, financial management, and technical stakeholders during audit activities.

• Experience supporting remediation tracking and corrective action validation efforts.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

CLEARANCE:

• Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).

We are seeking an experienced MS365 Applications Engineer to support Ancillary Microsoft 365 Applications within a large Federal enterprise environment under the Enterprise Messaging, Collaboration, Authentication, and Office 365 (EMCAO) program. This role provides 24x7x365 Tier III operational support for applications included in the Microsoft 365 G5 licensing suite within a Government Community Cloud (GCC) tenant serving a large enterprise user base. The G5 license is a dynamic suite of applications that evolve over time; therefore, this role supports all existing G5 applications at go-live as well as any future applications introduced, renamed, or modified by Microsoft.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide 24x7x365 Tier III operational support for Microsoft 365 ancillary applications within the G5 licensing suite.

• Support all existing G5 applications and any future G5 applications introduced, renamed, or modified by Microsoft.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to ancillary Microsoft 365 services such as Power BI, Planner, Viva, Stream, Forms, and other G5-enabled applications.

• Support configuration, enablement, optimization, and governance of ancillary Microsoft 365 applications.

• Assist in onboarding and operationalizing newly released G5 capabilities.

• Monitor service health and usage metrics related to ancillary applications and recommend performance improvements.

• Participate in incident response, ticket triage, and SLA-driven operational workflows.

• Coordinate with enterprise stakeholders on complex escalation items as required.

• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and continuous service improvement efforts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 4+ years of relevant IT experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications within enterprise environments.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in GCC or comparable secure cloud environments.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 G5 licensing suite and ancillary applications.

• Experience troubleshooting enterprise SaaS application issues.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance concepts.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Experience working with Federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs, is a plus.

• Experience operating in a 24x7 SLA-based support environment.

• Microsoft 365 certifications preferred but not required.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
