Responsibilities:
Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
Reporting Chain:
This position reports directly to JV Program Director/Deputy.
Level of Supervision Required:
The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.

- Provide expert consultative support to a functional technical area of the project.
- Develop solutions to complex problems.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing NIST/FISMA compliant policies, standards and guidelines covering data security, disaster recovery, continuity of operations, and contingency planning.
- Work closely with the information technologists to identify the best technological solution to technical issues.
- Familiar with transitioning to an RMF and ISCM model for SA&A work.
- Have a firm understanding of SA&A, continuous monitoring, risk scoring, and risk management experience.
- Should have RSA Archer or similar tool experience to support aforementioned activities.
- Manage customer's Engineering, Operations, Governance, Program Management and Special Projects Contractor resources to achieve customer mission.
- Manage Task Order with over 30 personnel,10 Customer Mission Managers and multiple funding streams.
- Manage Contract and Financial Performance to include cost baselines and reporting, financial planning & analysis with actions, timecard labor allocations with review and approval for invoicing and contract deliverables.
- Conduct Weekly Leadership Sync Reviews with Customer Program Manager(s)/ Contracting Officer Representative(s) (COR).
- Represent Task Order in the IDIQ Contract and Recruitment Reviews.
- Brief Monthly Program Management Review and Quarterly Business Reviews, as required
- Manage Task Order Organization, work with customers to develop requirements for new positions, interview and make selections for new hires, conduct new employee orientation, and provide ongoing team leadership and communications.
- Conduct customer engagements, management, and communications to ensure customer mission and company success and growth.
- Prepare and deliver cost proposals for new requirements to COR for authorization to proceed.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (preferred) OR TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph
- Master's degree and minimum 12 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute for the Master's degree.
- 8 years of experience related to the specific LCAT with a portion of the related experience within the last 2 years.
- Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Prefer technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Cyber Security, etc.) with extensive project/ program management experience.
- Desire Lean Six Sigma, ITIL and Program Management certifications and application.
- Experience managing IDIQ Time & Materials (T&M) Contracts.
- Experience creating systems engineering work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides, installation, and deployment documents.
- Demonstrated success with deriving technical requirements and hiring technical resources to implement them.

- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
- Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
