Responsibilities:

Reporting Chain:
This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead.
Level of Supervision Required:
The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.

- Works with the most senior members of the client organization to ensure that overall program and project direction, strategy and expectations are met

- Perform data collection and interview senior staff
- Facilitates discussions and analysis to inform the decision process
- Offers expertise in the form of knowledge, specialty skills, experience, or creativity
- Provides guidance on almost every aspect of DIA's strategic objectives and goals as they relate to the CIO mission
- Have a firm understanding of IC and DOD Risk Management Frameworks, continuous monitoring, risk scoring, and risk management experience
- Act as a high-level designer, defining the framework of core design features and functions of the program objective to be implemented.
- SME in one or more of the following specialties: cloud and systems architectures, security architecture, cloud applications and storage, high performance computing, and software development.
- Serve as the Senior Network Engineering Consultant to the IT Operations Center (ITOC) Branch Chief and senior staff.
- Support operations by analyzing network activity and equipment performance.
- When needed,assistin the response to network incidents with recommended solutions and documentation for Government authorization and ensure effective implementation.
- Assistin troubleshooting and optimizing the network, recommending changes to networkconfigurations,and reviewing/updating standard operations procedures.
- Identifyand analyze ITOC network data/ log patterns and trends.
- Create, justify, and administer incident management recommendations for the CIO.
- Update technical procedures, instructions, and other change/ incident management guidance/documentation on an annual basis.
- Analyze root cause, known errors, and track resolution and corrective actions to ensure the root cause does not reoccur.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in technical exchange meetings to include preparation activities, creating briefings, and delivering briefings.
- Stay abreast of new network technologies and trends to achieve infrastructure improvements, on a continuous basis, in a dynamic environment.
- Help guide and support the efforts to optimize Network Monitoring in support of theITOC
- TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to pass a polygraph)
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific LCAT , with a portion of the related experience within the last 2 years
- Education: Master's degree
- Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
- CompTIA Security Plus certification.
- Expertisein managing sophisticated computer networks.
- Applied understanding of enterprise monitoring tools.
- Ability to employ problem solving techniques to unique situations.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Prior experience in a management consulting or business advisory position.
- Strong data analysis, performance evaluation and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
- Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
