Northrop Grumman's Space Sector invites you to bring your pioneering spirit to our collaborative team. As a Contracts Manager - Manager Level 3 (Senior Manager) located in Dulles, VA, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
The Manager Contract Administration 3 will produce high quality Contract Management related products supporting the NGSP Space Superiority Division (SSD) Space Segment Production (SSP) Operating Unit. This position requires an understanding of DOD contracting, excellent communication skills, strong technology acumen in M365, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a team player; but also, a strong leader, demonstrated problem-solver, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The Manager Contract Administration 3 will be required to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks. The Manager Contract Administration 3 must possess the ability to work well with others in high-stress high-volume situations, effectively interface with internal functional and program organizations, and meet the goals/objectives of the SSP operating unit.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $159,500.00 - $239,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

- Operational Excellence - Drive process improvements, change management, and the adoption of M365 tools to enhance efficiency and quality of contract deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience including people management experience - OR - Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience including people management experience.
- 2+ years of management experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent
- Strong technical acumen in contract management
- Strong technical acumen in M365
- Financial acumen
- An in-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR and experience with different contract types
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations and effectively bring projects to completion
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
- Experience supporting Development and Production Contracts
- Experience with managing and administrator OCIs
- Extensive Proposal Support
- Experience managing change management
- NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM and/or CCCM)
