Caelum is currently seeking a Vice President of IT Solutions based in Rockville, MD.
In this role, you will lead Caelum’s IT and business development within DoD agencies to expand our capabilities and revenue.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with corporate leadership on long-range technological goals, championing IT initiatives in lead capture and proposal activities, and supporting service offerings such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Technology, and AI Applications.
This position reports directly to Caelum’s President and involves frequent interface with government personnel, vendors, and internal executives.
Qualified candidates should possess:
- A B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of successful relevant work and management experience.
- Knowledge of Federal and DoD contracting acquisition processes.
The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000, depending on expertise. This is an incentive-oriented role eligible for performance-based bonuses in addition to comprehensive fringe benefits.
