Position Overview The Concept developer will support C2I by conducting research, analysis, DOTMLPF integration planning, administration, and product development of MCNS IPT and the MC RGT. Support includes coordinating with HQDA staff and participates in related HQDA Level Forums to support the Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA) efforts on modernizing the MCN.

Essential Job Function
- Supporting the HQDA MC Network Modernization Working Group focusing on Capability Set (CS) fielding and Unit Set Fielding (USF).
- Assesses current requirements documents and identifies required changes to facilitate COE implementation.
- Monitor the status of the development of each COE requirements document, ensuring coordination is achieved with each TRADOC Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Support integration with JMC.
- Must be able to gain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Masters' degree preferred
- Military Education Level (MEL) IV graduate
- A minimum of two years supporting materiel developers (e.g. Program Executive Office (PEO) or PM Offices), capability developers or test communities
- Two or more years of experience in supporting Army Experimentation
- Two or more years supporting the Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS) process
