The pay range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and perform work on air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
- Accurately track repairs and completed work.
- Ensure the work performed aligns with industry standards.
- Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years' experience servicing and repairing environmental-control systems in residences, department stores, office buildings, and other commercial establishments.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen pursuant to government contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A certificate or associate's degree in HVAC
