ECS is seeking a Software Programmer - SME to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex development initiatives across classified enclaves
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development team
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
- Make architecture decisions for mission-critical applications
- Lead DevSecOps pipeline architecture and strategy
- Develop user training and documentation for NSS Program Systems
- Ensure compliance with DOJ-approved standards
- Support Contingency and Incident Response Plan activities
- Process change requests in accordance with program policy
- Provide onsite staff during core business hours
Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000
Required Skills
- Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI is preferred)
- 10+ years progressive software programming experience
- Specific work experience in providing IT program support for the Federal Government
- Advanced software development & architecture
- Technical leadership & mentoring
- Code review & quality assurance
- Mission-critical application development
- Classified environment programming
- DevSecOps pipeline architecture
- Secure software programming
- Microsoft desktop client technologies
- ITSM system utilization
- TSSCI
