ECS is seeking a Senior Virtual Desktop Engineer to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Citrix VDI for JCON-S/TS
- Manage Windows-based workstations for NSDNet-S/TS
- Maintain VDI image management and optimization
- Ensure remote access capabilities across all enclaves
- Maintain ≥99% VDI availability
- Ensure RTO not exceeding 4 continuous hours
- Utilize DOJ ITSM system for ticketing and incident management
- Process change requests in accordance with program policy
100% onsite
Salary Range: $135,000-$160,000
Required Skills
- Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI is preferred)
- 8+ years progressive VDI engineering experience
- Federal IT program support experience
- Citrix VDI design, deployment & management
- Dell Wyse thin client management
- HP/Dell desktop management
- Multi-enclave VDI architecture
- Windows workstation management
- Remote access solutions
- Endpoint security
- Image management & optimization
- Microsoft desktop client technologies
