Responsibilities:
  • Perform Knowledge Management (KM) activities to organize, consolidate, and maintain artifacts across multiple communication tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, File Share).
  • Support development of PMO governance processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Support development and implementation of communication plans in coordination with the knowledge management activities.
  • Support administrative staff actions, preparing for senior leader reviews, developing briefings and minutes, and tracking requirement execution across internal and external customers.
  • Document the implementation of best practices, coordination of deployments, and support initiatives to meet initial and evolving requirements.
  • Works with project teams to create products that reflect appropriate rigor and organize, review, and edit written products for format, clarity, and message.
  • Create documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to pass a polygraph)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with instrumentation of ITSM processes in IT Service Management software suites (i.e., ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Ability to work comfortably with mid- and senior-level civilian/military personnel.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and support tasks as assigned by Service Operations Division Chief.
  • Detail oriented, strong analysis and organizational skills, forward-thinking skills to anticipate and proactively provide recommendations to customer and team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Strong public speaking skills required. Ability to create original documentation.
Salary Range: $115k - $132k
