Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Hybrid Teamcenter Solution Architect in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities for the Teamcenter Solution Architect:
  • Architect and guide enterprise Teamcenter search solutions, including SOLR/SolrCloud-based indexing across metadata and document content at production scale.
  • Provide enterprise-level architectural leadership for Teamcenter programs, operating in an advisory and governance role rather than execution ownership.
  • Guide architectural planning for Teamcenter core, Active Workspace, and roadmap evolution, including transition planning (e.g., RAC to AWC, version upgrades).
  • Ensure architectural alignment across Dev / QA / Prod pipelines, supporting controlled promotion and validation processes
  • Partner directly with technical leadership, PLM owners, and program managers as a trusted architectural advisor.
  • Lead architecture reviews, roadmap discussions, and executive-level technical briefings.
  • Coordinate closely with third-party system integrators without assuming delivery ownership.

Qualifications for the Teamcenter Solution Architect
  • 10+ years of experience in PLM architecture, with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Proven experience operating in architecture governance and advisory roles for large, complex enterprise programs.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Aerospace & Defense customers and regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Teamcenter architecture and deployment models
    • Upgrade and roadmap planning
  • Ability to work effectively with customer IT organizations and third-party system integrators

Compensation for Teamcenter Solution Architect:
  • $100,000 - $150,000 *Depending on Experience
  • Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
