This role is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is motivated by work that directly supports critical national‑security missions.

You will play a key role in planning, managing, and executing logistics activities for persistent surveillance tethered systems. This includes end‑to‑end support across storage, transportation, material movement, inventory management, sparing strategies, and compliance with international trade regulations. You will also collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and clear communication across the program.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory control, demand planning, sparing and forecasting, repairable management, and all packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) activities.
  • Prepare and deliver logistics‑related reporting to Leidos leadership and government/prime customers.
  • Serve as the accountable representative for all program asset shipments, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Execute supply and inventory management functions, including requirements determination, distribution, supply fund management, procurement authorization, and reconciliation of physical and system inventories.
  • Maintain and update program and corporate property hand‑receipts to reflect asset location changes.
  • Apply creative problem‑solving to resolve logistics challenges independently, often under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Foster strong collaboration with intra‑theater site management teams.
  • Maintain continuous communication and reporting with the Forward Operations Manager and Program Manager.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Experience planning and coordinating commercial and military air, ground, and sea transportation.
  • Ability to integrate multiple logistics functions into a cohesive program‑level support strategy.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems, methods, and facilities management procedures.
  • Ability to leverage information technology solutions to enhance program operations.
  • Understanding of project planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation principles.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) related to Government property management.
  • Ability to assess and recommend procedural improvements to strengthen program accountability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to learn and operate the RepairData logistics database.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • U.S. citizenship, a current U.S. passport, and the ability to obtain international travel visas.
  • Ability to complete all CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) requirements.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods, work long or irregular hours with short notice, and operate in high‑risk environments.
  • Active SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting airborne ISR programs.
  • Experience using the RepairData logistics database.
  • Experience with persistent surveillance tethered systems.
  • Experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • AMMO 62 certification.
