- Requirements Deconstruction & System Design: Lead the elicitation and analysis of complex mission requirements for AI-driven adversarial simulations. Translate ambiguous operational needs into precise technical specifications, ensuring engineering efforts are validated against a business case.
- End-to-End Program Leadership: Own the execution of critical workstreams from inception to delivery. Manage project roadmaps, refine backlogs in Agile environments, and navigate technical or bureaucratic roadblocks to ensure high-impact results.
- Outcome Anchoring: Apply a "Value-focused" approach to project management-anchoring work to clear mission outcomes and adapting to change with transparency and empathy rather than just hitting output-based deadlines.
- Technical Translation: Act as the primary bridge between senior stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring technical solutions are aligned with the overarching mission strategy.
- Capability Scaling: Capture "lessons learned" and technical insights from client facing projects to help build repeatable frameworks and Go-To-Market (GTM) assets for the Data & AI Practice.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Facilitate workshops and briefings to navigate the "human side" of AI adoption, helping clients understand and trust adversarial simulation results.
- Growth Identification: Identify "white space" within the client environment to suggest new workstreams, transitioning from individual project delivery to architecting broader mission solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and 8 or more years of experience in technical solutioning, systems engineering, or business operations.
- Domain: Proven track record working within the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC).
- Agile Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading Agile initiatives (sprint planning, stand-ups) and a history of managing complex backlogs using established tools such as JIRA.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and present them as structured, actionable business cases to senior-level stakeholders.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Growth Mindset: Experience developing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies or identifying organic contract growth opportunities (the "sell-to-manage" trajectory).
- Specialized Domain: Background in adversarial simulation or AI governance
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) for data validation and reporting.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with JWCC Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Certifications: PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe).
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
