SAIC is actively seeking a Information Knowledge Manager candidate for our MARFORCYBER customer located at Ft. Meade, MD.

SAIC is actively seeking a Information Knowledge Manager candidate for our MARFORCYBER customer located at Ft. Meade, MD.
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Implement Knowledge Management by putting processes in place, which result in the gathering, analyzing, storing and sharing of knowledge and information across teams.
- Ensure improved proficiencies by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge across the organization.
- Implement workflows and processes to manage information using collaboration and knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint.
- Provide IKM support in the following areas: Help Desk and Web capabilities development.
- Collaborate with staff sections to analyze, refine and optimize battle rhythm events.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph completed within the last five (5) years.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Five or more years experience working in Knowledge Management positions.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive, problem solving attitude.
