Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Cybersecurity Analyst in Roy, Utah in support of our Sentinel Program. This role will be required to be located full time in Roy and does not offer a telecommuting option.

• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and requirements development from control listings.
• Proficient in managing multiple responsibilities related to the assurance and implementation of Program Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)/Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) tools.
• Capable of assessing the Program's system security posture in compliance with customer requirements and directives.
• Adept at adjusting commercial security methodologies and technologies within sensitive and proprietary customer environments in accordance with NIST 800-53.

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

What You'll Get to Do:
- You will be responsible for providing expert level configuration and implementation of security compliance for multiple boundaries at SAP Program levels (SAP) using Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), and DOD Collateral using DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) / National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
- You will work alongside peers to help develop and implement a full range of tools to make up a strong security architecture for fast passed and dynamic cloud based programs for Northrop Grumman.
- You will be responsible for ensuring their statement of work is being completed while delegating lower tasks to be completed by junior cybersecurity. The individual will also provide mentoring junior cybersecurity to raise the bar of the overall cybersecurity team.
This role can be filled at the Principal or Senior Principal level, depending on the years of experience candidates bring.
Basic Qualifications for Principal Level:
- Level 03, Principal: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years' related experience, Master's degree and 3 years of related experience, or PhD with 1 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

- Level 04, Sr Principal: Bachelor's Degree with 9 years' related experience, Master's degree and 7 years of related experience, or PhD with 4 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

- Strong domain experience in cloud security and hybrid enterprise environments
- Knowledge and hands on experience with cybersecurity tools
