Description:What You Will Be Doing:
The Field Operations Integration Lead (Senior Staff) drives the seamless integration of people, processes, tools, and technology across the entire LM Aero Field Operations (FO) organization. This role provides critical integration oversight, strategic coordination, and influence to ensure that all FO capability streams operate as a cohesive, high-performing organization, including Global Fleet Support, Enterprise Sustainment Support, Business Operations, and Digital Transformation-to ensure superior 24/7 customer support, optimal fleet performance, and robust financial stewardship.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experienced professional with aerospace/defense field operations, sustainment, or integrated logistics background; experience serving in a role that required organization-wide coordination and influence.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - The ability to make decisions that are objectively grounded in evidence rather than intuition, which delivers measurable, repeatable business value.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority-building consensus, driving cross-functional initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Communication Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of translating complex technical concepts for all audiences.
Security Clearance Active Secret clearance (or higher) required; ability to obtain/maintain as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Financial Acumen Experience with control account management, Earned Value reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
- Program Experience Direct involvement with the F-35 program or other high-tempo combat aircraft sustainment initiatives.
- Experience with Technology Transition/Transfer,
-Experience with Fleet Management, Data Analytics, or Performance Metrics.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
