Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Experience with USG customer
Experience with FAR/DFARs
Experience with ECE/ECS System
Experience with Proposals/Negotiations
Desired Skills:
Understanding of Intellectual Property and Data Rights Assertions
Quick Learner
Experience with Contracts Tools
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

- Manage the complete contract process from capture through proposal, award, and administration.
- Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, engineering, and other functions to align contract strategy with business objectives.
- Negotiate terms, monitor performance, and resolve contractual issues with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and support internal and external audits to verify compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Produce contractual data reports and support training initiatives on contract best practices.
