Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience should demonstrate the following:Managing procurement systems including the development and implementation of project plans to align with organizational goals and ensure effective resource utilizations. Leading system enhancements and data migration efforts, defining project scope, deliverables, and technical requirements for transitioning legacy systems to modernized platforms. Managing full lifecycle of procurement applications to ensure seamless data transfer, system functionality, and adherence to acquisition regulations. Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and providing financial reports to ensure project remains within allotted resources. Effectively communicating project updates to senior leadership and facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the six competencies, as defined:

6) ORAL COMMUNICATION - Demonstrates ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues (to include sensitive or controversial topics) before a wide range of audiences. Makes clear and convincing oral presentations. Listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.

- You will oversee critical functions in requirements analysis, automated supply systems, and Information Technology processes.
- You will analyze and implement management information systems to support customer logistics, supply, and financial needs.
