- You will plan, organize and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program.
- You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters.
- You will conduct joint tenant-management inspections of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities.
- You will identify problems and deficiencies, such as tenant responsibility for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

- Reviewing data and preparing short-range estimates of projected costs for use by other installation personnel in the preparation of financial reports or budgetary requests.
